With 1300 offices and 60,000 employees around the world, Morgan Stanley is an investment banking juggernaut. To support their business, Morgan Stanley spends several billion dollars per year on their full time and contingency staff. Astor Wells was stationed in their IT resource management program area to manage in-house resource applications and document a migration project from PeopleFluent to Oracle Taleo talent management software.

AW authored 60+ page functional specification document for the system migration from PeopleFluent to Taleo. A gap analysis was performed to ensure no high priority requirements were overlooked. AW created the data mappings so existing data in PeopleFluent could be imported into Taleo.
In addition to project development, AW provided support for internal users of PeopleTracker (IT resource) and RMS (onboarding) resource applications. We also utilized (but do not recommend) ServiceNow for incident management.
